1. How to Use it.
  • An existing Zoom account is required for login, however, you may create one when prompted to log in on the app.
  • Do not use it through the Zoom Marketplace but through the app itself.
  • Users when creating a booking will have the choice to do it in Zoom or with a location address, or both. Press on the Zoom icon (zoom-300×78.png) and you will be prompted to a new screen where you will be required to log in with your current existing Zoom account. After signing into your Zoom account, you will be automatically redirected back to the app and will be able to create a booking that will also automatically create a Zoom meeting using your account.
  • The feature is optional by simply avoiding using the feature in the app.
  1. Press the navigation menu and head on to “Prayer Watch” for the booking screen.
  2. Look at the calendar and decide on your booking dates.
  3. Press at the floating button on the bottom right with a plus icon(+) to create a booking.
  4. Select Zoom or Hybrid for your booking venue and click on the Zoom icon.
  5. Enter your Zoom credentials and grant permissions. After this you will be redirected back to the screen.
  6. Continue and create your booking as usual.
Benefits
  1. You are able to automatically create Zoom meetings with each booking, saving you time. This also works with recurring bookings like weekly or daily bookings, which are very convenient. The limit for recurring weekly or daily is 60 times, meaning you can have a maximum of 60 weeks or 60 days of recurring bookings at once.
  2. All Zoom meetings created are at your personal Zoom account, allowing for easier planning on your side with Zoom notifications and planning with other Zoom meetings, informing you early on of any clashes for your bookings with any other plans on Zoom.
  3. You can utilize any added feature from your personal account as Zoom Paid features that allow you to host meetings that are longer and with more maximum capacity.
Reauthentication
  • If the Zoom feature is not used after 90 days, you will once again be required to log in and authenticate your account.
Sign Out
  • If you wish to not use the feature or wish to change accounts, you can log out easily.
  1. Press the navigation menu and click on “Log Out Zoom”.
  2. You will be immediately logged out and opted out of the Zoom features.
